Why the price drops as you grow
It works like income-tax brackets. Your first 20 participants are one rate; the participants after that are cheaper, and cheaper again. You always pay the lower rate on the higher numbers — never a jump because you crossed a line.
Below the monthly minimum, you simply pay the minimum. Nothing else is added — no setup, no per-file charges.
